Summary

This study looked at 120 people having gallbladder surgery to see if the position they are in during a nerve block affects their pain relief. Participants received the block lying on their side, on their stomach, or sitting up. The goal was to find which position leads to less pain, less need for extra pain medicine, and higher patient satisfaction.
