Summary

This study looked at 53 healthy older adults to find the best combination of physical activity (light or moderate) and cognitive tasks (easy or challenging) for short-term brain benefits. Participants tried each of the four combinations on separate days and took thinking tests before and after. The goal was to see which mix most improves memory, attention, and multitasking skills.
