Summary
This study is looking at 120 people who are already in treatment for abusing opioids and/or benzodiazepines (anti-anxiety drugs). Researchers want to understand why people use these drugs together, which greatly raises the risk of overdose and death. Participants will complete interviews, questionnaires, and computer tasks to measure mood, thinking, pain, sleep, and drug use patterns. The goal is to find better ways to prevent and treat this dangerous combination.
