This study looks at people who had a heart attack and received a stent. It compares different combinations of blood thinners and cholesterol drugs to find the safest and most effective way to prevent future heart problems while reducing side effects like bleeding. About 4,400 adults will take part to help doctors choose the best long-term medication plan.
