Summary
This study is for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer that has worsened after initial treatment. It tests a new drug, ONT01, combined with standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) to see if it can reprogram immune cells in the tumor to fight cancer better. About 61 participants will take part in two phases to find the best dose and check if the treatment slows cancer growth.
