Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ONO-2808 in people with multiple system atrophy (MSA), a rare and serious brain disease. About 92 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo daily for up to 80 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and might help control symptoms or slow the disease.
