First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ONO-1110 to see if it can safely reduce pain in people with postherpetic neuralgia, a type of nerve pain that persists after a shingles infection. About 140 Japanese adults with pain lasting at least 3 months will receive either the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to measure changes in average pain scores over 8 weeks.
