Summary

This study tested an online workshop designed to help family caregivers of people with dementia. The 6-week program taught caregiving skills and stress management. Researchers enrolled 109 caregivers to see if the workshop was practical to run and acceptable to participants, with the long-term goal of improving caregiver well-being.
