New online therapy aims to ease PTSD after sexual abuse

Summary

This study tests a new anonymous online therapy program called Restory for people with PTSD after sexual abuse. It is designed for 140 adults who have experienced sexual violence at least one month ago. The therapy uses a type of talk therapy done over the internet, and the goal is to see if it reduces PTSD symptoms better than waiting for treatment.
