Summary

This study is testing whether online group cognitive behavioral therapy can help improve mental health for people with cystic fibrosis and their caregivers. It will compare this specific therapy to general online support groups over 13 weekly sessions. The goal is to see which approach better reduces symptoms of depression, anxiety, and improves daily functioning and recovery.
