Summary
This study tested an online program to help adult survivors of childhood cancer who struggle with insomnia and thinking problems. Over 1,500 participants were randomly assigned to either a 9-week internet-based sleep therapy program or basic sleep education. Researchers measured changes in sleep quality, thinking skills, mood, and overall quality of life to see if the online program was effective.
