Summary
This study is testing an 8-week online program designed to help couples cope with the emotional challenges after a stroke. It involves 400 participants (200 couples) where one partner had a stroke 3 months to 3 years ago. The program teaches skills like communication, gratitude, and finding meaning to reduce anxiety and depression for both the survivor and their partner.
