Summary

This study is testing whether online training for community neurologists and telemedicine support services can improve quality of life for people with Parkinson's disease, Lewy Body Dementia, and related conditions, and reduce the burden on their caregivers. It involves over 600 participants from 24 community neurology practices. The goal is to provide better supportive (palliative) care focused on managing symptoms and improving well-being through virtual tools.
