Summary

This study is comparing two online programs to see which works better for managing chronic pain. One is an 8-week cognitive behavioral therapy course, and the other is a single 2-hour skills class. Researchers at Stanford University are recruiting 1,650 adults with ongoing pain to participate from home. The goal is to find effective, accessible treatments to help people better manage their pain and daily life.
