First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding six weekly online pain-education sessions to standard physical therapy helps people with chronic low back pain. The education teaches how the brain processes pain, aiming to reduce fear of movement and improve function. Sixty adults aged 20-60 will be split into two groups: one gets physiotherapy plus online education, the other gets physiotherapy alone. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and fear of movement over time.
