This study tests if adding online pain education to standard physical therapy helps people with chronic low back pain. Sixty adults aged 20-60 will be split into two groups: one gets physiotherapy plus six weekly online sessions about how pain works, and the other gets physiotherapy alone. The goal is to reduce fear of movement, pain, and disability, and improve satisfaction.
