Can an online course teach Life-Saving skills in remote villages?

NCT ID NCT05909917

Summary

This study tested whether a free online course could effectively teach basic first aid skills to laypeople in four African countries. Researchers compared the online training to traditional in-person classes for 658 commercial drivers and other transport providers. The goal was to find scalable ways to improve emergency care in areas with limited medical services.
