Summary

This study tests three versions of internet-delivered cognitive behaviour therapy (ICBT) for college and university students with mild to moderate depression or anxiety. About 200 students in Saskatchewan can choose a 5-week, 8-week, or flexible course, all with optional therapist support. The goal is to see which option helps students stick with treatment and feel better.
