First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether a 10-week online group therapy program (cognitive behavioural therapy) can help mothers and birthing parents with postpartum depression or anxiety. About 48 participants in Ontario will be randomly assigned to receive the therapy plus usual care, or usual care alone. The main goal is to see if the approach is feasible and acceptable.
