Talking therapy online may help new moms with depression and anxiety

Summary

This study tests whether a 10-week online group talking therapy (CBT) can help mothers and birthing parents with postpartum depression or anxiety. About 48 participants in Ontario will be randomly assigned to receive the therapy plus usual care, or usual care alone. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for easing symptoms.
