Can an app help teens stop binge eating? yale tests new online program
NCT ID NCT06107387
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether an online guided self-help program is practical and acceptable for teenagers struggling with binge eating and higher weight. Eight teens aged 12-17 tried a four-month program with weekly online sessions. The main goal was to see if teens would stick with the program and find it helpful, not to prove it cures binge eating.
