Virtual lifeline: new online program aims to ease anxiety for cancer survivors

Summary
This study is developing an online program called On-Trac to help adult cancer survivors learn skills to manage anxiety. The program uses techniques from established talk therapies and is delivered through group video sessions and individual coaching. Researchers will test if the program reduces anxiety symptoms and improves emotional management over 8 weeks.
