Summary
This study compared two techniques for creating a tunnel to the kidney during stone removal surgery: one-shot dilation and step-by-step dilation. Sixty adults with large kidney stones (over 2 cm) took part. The goal was to see which method is safer, faster, and leads to fewer complications.
