First seen Apr 10, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study compares two ways of giving ondansetron (a lozenge you dissolve in your mouth versus an injection into a vein) to prevent shivering in women having a cesarean section. About 90 women will take part. The goal is to find out which method works better and is more comfortable for the patient.
