Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral drug called ONC206, given alone or with radiation therapy, in children and young adults with aggressive brain tumors that have come back or are newly diagnosed. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see how the drug behaves in the body. Researchers also want to learn if the drug reaches the tumor and causes the cancer cells to die.
