Summary
This study tested the safety and effectiveness of the Omnipod 5 SmartAdjust 2.0 system, an automated insulin pump, in 48 people aged 2 to 70 with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. The system uses a continuous glucose monitor to automatically adjust insulin delivery. The main goals were to see how well it keeps blood sugar from going too low or too high.
