Fish oil drink may fight cancer malnutrition

Summary
This study tests whether a special omega-3-enriched nutritional drink can help people with lung or colorectal cancer who are losing weight and at risk of malnutrition. About 118 participants will either get the drink plus dietary advice, or just dietary advice alone. The goal is to see if the drink improves weight, muscle strength, inflammation, and quality of life.
