First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment for children whose medulloblastoma or ependymoma has come back. It combines a specially designed antibody that delivers radiation directly into the brain fluid with standard chemotherapy drugs. The goal is to see if this approach can help children live longer without the cancer growing, and to check if it's feasible for ependymoma patients. About 62 children will take part.
