Summary
This study checked whether a single dose of olpasiran (AMG 890) affects the heart's electrical activity in 32 healthy adults aged 18 to 60. Participants received olpasiran, a placebo, and a positive control in random order. The main goal was to measure changes in the QT interval, a heart rhythm marker.
