First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at whether drinking an olive extract (OliPhenolia®) for 8 days helps healthy, active adults burn more fat during cycling. It also checks if having caffeine before exercise makes the effect stronger. About 40 volunteers will take part. The goal is to see if this natural supplement can improve how the body uses fat for energy.
