New drug duo aims to halt aggressive uterine cancer
NCT ID NCT03880019
Summary
This study is testing whether combining two drugs, olaparib and temozolomide, can help control advanced uterine leiomyosarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. It is for patients whose cancer has spread or cannot be removed by surgery and who have already tried at least one other treatment. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors and slow the cancer's growth better than either drug alone.
