NCT ID NCT04200443

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs—cabozantinib and temozolomide—can help people with advanced soft tissue sarcomas (like leiomyosarcoma) that have spread or can't be removed by surgery. About 96 participants will receive the combination to see if it slows tumor growth. The goal is to improve disease control, not to cure the cancer.
