NCT ID NCT03787680

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two drugs, olaparib and AZD6738, can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels in men with advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy. About 49 men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer will receive the drug combo. The goal is to see if the treatment can control the disease, especially in men whose tumors have certain DNA repair features.
