Summary
This study tested two drugs, olaparib and ceralasertib, in 24 people with advanced solid tumors (like bile duct cancer) that have a specific IDH gene mutation. The goal was to see if the combination could shrink or stop the growth of these hard-to-treat cancers. The trial is no longer recruiting, and results are being analyzed.
