First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tested two drugs, olaparib and ceralasertib, in 24 people with bile duct or other solid tumors that have an IDH mutation. The goal was to see if the combination could shrink tumors or stop them from growing. While no tumor shrinkage was seen, the study helps researchers understand how to target these genetic changes.
