First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looked at how ofatumumab, a multiple sclerosis (MS) drug, affects immune cells in the brain called microglia. Ten adults with relapsing MS had special brain scans and blood tests over 9 months. The goal was to understand how the drug works in the brain, not to test if it cures or controls the disease.
