Summary

This study will follow 30 veterans with multiple sclerosis who have been taking ocrelizumab for at least a year. Researchers will test their memory, attention, and fatigue levels at the start, 6 months, and 12 months using questionnaires and cognitive tests. The goal is to see how long-term ocrelizumab therapy relates to thinking skills and tiredness.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance

ocrelizumab

What this could lead to

If successful, this could help doctors better understand and manage fatigue and cognitive issues in MS patients on ocrelizumab.

What could go wrong

This is a small, observational study with no control group, so results may not apply broadly. It only measures changes, not whether ocrelizumab causes them.
