Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week personalized occupational therapy program can help people with substance use disorder perform daily activities better, feel more confident, and bounce back from stress. About 34 adults who have completed detox will be split into a therapy group and a control group. The goal is to see if focusing on meaningful everyday tasks can improve recovery beyond standard care.
