Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week personalized occupational therapy program can help people recovering from substance use disorder improve their ability to perform daily activities like work, self-care, and leisure. Researchers will measure changes in performance, satisfaction, self-belief, and resilience in 34 adults who have completed detox. The goal is to see if this therapy boosts confidence and daily functioning during recovery.
