Immune cells supercharged to fight advanced cancers
NCT ID NCT06060613
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 17, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental treatment called OBX-115 for people with advanced melanoma or non-small cell lung cancer that has spread or stopped responding to standard therapy. OBX-115 uses a patient's own immune cells (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) that are modified in the lab to include a protein (IL15) that helps them survive and attack tumors. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors safely. About 208 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
