Major study launches to unlock mysteries of common gut troubles
NCT ID NCT04918329
Summary
This study aims to better understand common, long-term digestive problems like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and chronic constipation. Researchers will collect health data and samples (like blood and stool) from 2,000 adult patients during their regular doctor visits. The goal is to find biological markers that could help diagnose these conditions or predict how well treatments will work for different people.
