Summary
This study is comparing two treatments for a serious kidney disease called primary membranous nephropathy, which causes the body to lose too much protein in urine. Researchers are testing whether a drug called obinutuzumab works better and is safer than the standard treatment, tacrolimus, over two years. The goal is to help patients achieve remission and protect their kidney function.
