Summary
This study tests different combinations of diet, extra protein, and resistance exercise to help 250 adults aged 50-75 with obesity lose weight while keeping muscle. Participants will follow a personalized plan over 52 weeks. The goal is to find the best approach for healthy weight loss in older adults.
