Summary
This study tests a web-based tool that gives doctors and patients personalized information about the benefits and risks of different obesity treatments, such as surgery or medication. The goal is to see if this tool helps more patients with type 2 diabetes and severe obesity get the right treatment. About 10,000 adults from 40 primary care clinics are taking part.
