Summary

This study tests a new drug called XW003 against an existing weight-loss drug, semaglutide, in 163 Chinese adults with obesity. Participants must have a BMI of 30 or higher and a large waist size. The main goal is to see how much weight they lose and how safe the drugs are. This is a phase 2 trial, meaning it's still early in testing.
