Summary
This early-stage study tests the safety of an experimental drug called LY3537031 in 302 people who are overweight, obese, or healthy. Researchers will monitor side effects, measure how the drug moves through the body, and track weight changes over about 49 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug is safe enough for further testing.
