First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tested whether a blend of digital tools (video sessions and a health app) plus standard in-person care works as well as in-person care alone for children and teens with obesity. About 100 families in Sweden took part. The goal was to see if the digital-physical approach could help kids achieve a healthier weight over 12 months.
