First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a food supplement called Nyaditum resae® can reduce the gut problems caused by antibiotics used to treat tuberculosis (TB). About 48 adults with new, drug-sensitive TB will take either the supplement or a placebo alongside their regular TB medicines. The goal is to see if the supplement helps keep the gut microbiome healthy and may improve TB recovery.
