First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a food supplement called Nyaditum resae® can reduce the gut problems caused by standard tuberculosis (TB) antibiotics. About 48 adults with new, drug-sensitive TB will take either the supplement or a placebo alongside their regular TB treatment. The goal is to see if the supplement helps keep the gut healthy and possibly improves how well the TB treatment works.
