First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether a 6-week group training in nonviolent communication (NVC) can improve mental well-being in parents of primary-school children. About 172 parents with mild to severe anxiety or depression symptoms will be randomly assigned to take the training right away or wait. The goal is to see if NVC skills reduce parenting stress, anxiety, and depression, and improve overall well-being.
