Summary
This study tested whether adding intravenous (IV) nutrition to standard oral supplements helps patients who had stomach cancer surgery recover better. 55 adults were randomly assigned to get either the combined nutrition or standard care. The main goal was to see if the combo approach reduced weight loss and improved overall recovery four weeks after surgery.
