Summary
This study aims to see if taking one of two nutritional supplements for 28 days can improve sleep, reduce stress, and change gut bacteria in adults who report poor sleep quality. Researchers will compare the supplements against a placebo (inactive) pill. They will measure sleep patterns, mood, thinking skills, and gut health before and after the 28-day period.
