First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a whole food plant-based diet can reduce pain in women with endometriosis. 120 women aged 18-45 with moderate to severe pelvic pain will be randomly assigned to either follow the special diet or stay on their usual diet for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if changing what you eat can ease period pain, pain during sex, and other pelvic pain.
