Can a special drink help women think clearly under pressure?
NCT ID NCT07319117
Summary
This study is testing whether a nutritional drink called 'Think Tank' can help improve mental sharpness and well-being after someone experiences stress. Researchers will recruit 40 healthy women aged 40-60 to see if the drink helps with memory, focus, and mood better than a placebo drink after completing stressful tasks. The study will also measure physical signs of stress like heart rate and cortisol levels.
