New program aims to help cancer survivors lose weight and get healthier
NCT ID NCT06191666
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether adding a nutrition program (BfedBwell) to an existing exercise program (BfitBwell) is practical and acceptable for cancer survivors. It involved 20 survivors who were overweight and had finished active cancer treatment. The main goal was to see if the combined 12-week program could be run smoothly before testing if it actually improves health.
